Dumbbell Exercises and Getting Started

Here are the exercises (in order) that you will do during the 30 minute workout:

Exercises

1. Dumbbell squats (legs)
2. Crunches (upper abs)
3. Dumbbell dead lifts (lower back, hamstrings)
4. Leg Raises (lower abs)
5. 1-arm dumbbell row (back, back of the shoulders, biceps)
6. Dumbbell bench press (chest, front of the shoulders, triceps)
7. Calf Raises (calves)
8. Side lateral raises (side of the shoulders)


Getting Started

Now, to get started, you’ll need to have your equipment set up so you can blaze through your workout.

Have a clock in front of you so you can see the number of seconds passing by. Have your dumbbells by your weight bench. Make sure that you have all the right weight for the dumbbells for each exercise. (If you have an adjustable dumbbell, that’s even more convenient!)

Have your workout towel and bottled water close by (you’re probably going to need it).
