Weider Home Gym Workout Program

If you already have a Weider crossbow and you’re looking to add a little extra intensity to your routine, you’ve come to the right place. Your Weider home gym workout program can be enhanced to give you an added cardio workout by including some additional exercise in-between sets. Here’s how you do it:

Take the regular workout you do on the crossbow home gym, and instead of resting in-between sets, what you’re going to do is perform jumping jacks and abdominal crunches in an alternating fashion. For example, if you’re doing a chest workout with the Crossbow, after your set of bench presses immediate get off the home gym and start doing jumping jacks. Do this for one minute, and then get back onto the home gym and perform your next set of bench presses. After the second set, get off the crossbow and right away start doing crunches on the ground. Do this throughout your workout and you’ll find that your heart rate will be higher than normal!

Start of with lighter resistance rods on the crossbow home gym when you start this routine, and if you’re tired, feel free to take a break. Be sure to easy into this workout program, as it can get pretty intense!
