Totalgym Competition: The Total Trainer

The Total Trainer is a lower cost alternative to the popular “as seen on TV” home exercise equipment, the totalgym. The total trainer home gym offers similar features and quality as the total gym, only at a fraction of the cost. The total trainer provides a complete, full body workout and works by utilizing an individuals’ bodyweight as resistance, eliminating the need for additional weights, and results can be experienced with 30 minute workouts three times per week.

Compared to its counterpart which only features 6-8 levels of resistance, the Total Trainer offers 10-12 levels of resistance and allows you to use 4-72% of your bodyweight. Also, unlike most home gyms where attachments are an additional expense, the total trainer comes with all the attachments. This includes a pull-up/push-up bar, twin handles, squat board, sit-up strap, power bar, and a training video. Overall, you get more value for your money with the total trainer.

The models of the Total Trainer product line are:

• Total Trainer DLX
• Advanced Total Trainer DLX
• Chrome Total Trainer DLX II
• Chrome Total Trainer DLX III
