Top Home Gym Exercises You Should Include in your Workouts!
There are many machines on the market that have the ability to perform dozens of exercise. Home gym exercise that can be done on a Bowflex machine can go up to 100, but essentially, there are only a handful of “must do” exercises to include in your workouts. When you’re working out with home gym exercise equipment, be sure to include the following to your routine:
Bench Press
The bench press is an exercise that develops your chest, shoulders and triceps. It can be done with a barbell, barbell, or a home gym machine with a bench press station. With an adjustable weight bench, you can workout the chest from an incline, flat, and decline positions.
Rows
Rowing with a barbell, dumbbell, or a rowing station of a home gym is a must to exercise your back muscles. Rowing can be performed with many different angles, using exercises such as the lat pull down, bent over rows, or machine rows.
Squat
The squat is an essential exercise to build your quadriceps, hamstrings and lower back. To get the most out of this exercise, performing squats with a barbell inside a power rack or squat rack will yield the best results. This exercise can also be done on a squat station of a home gym machine, but they are less effective.
