Schwinn Home Gym

Schwinn, although known for their stationary bikes, recumbent bikes and Airdyne exercisers, also has a home gym. The schwinn home gym resembles the popular Bowflex home gym, probably because both schwinn and bowflex are owned by the same parent company, Nautilus. With this in mind, how good are the schwinn home gyms?

Just like the bowflex, the schwinn force home gym is a compact equipment that exercises the entire body. It is based on resistance rod (or power rod) technology just like the Bowflex home gym. The schwinn force home gym allows users to perform over 30 different exercises, and provides 210lbs of resistance.

Additionally, the schwinn force folds up for easy storage, and also has wheels on the bottom of the machine to allow for easy transportation. And unlike many home gyms, the Schinn Force comes with the lat pull down and leg curl/leg extension attachment.

Being modeled after an already popular and effective equipment (the Bowflex), and its included attachments, the schwinn is a good choice for a compact home gym.
