Power Racks
Power racks are not the ideal exercise equipment for those who are only interested in improving overall health. For the average individual, a power rack simply does not support their needs. For example:

• Additional free weight equipment is needed to use with the powerrack
• Training with a powerrack requires knowledge of proper exercise techniques
• Powerracks costs as much as a traditional home gym machines
However, for the individuals who are strictly interested in gaining muscle mass, strength, size and power, a rack is the perfect exercise equipment to suit their needs. Powerracks allow you to train with free weights with a heavy load, and within the safe confines of a metal frame.
In sum, consider your exercise goals before deciding on a powerrack. In many cases, a home gym may be a better solution to support your needs.
