Gyms Home Multi Station

Gyms home multi station – A multi station home gym has its advantages and disadvantages compared to gyms based on single exercise stations. Multi station gyms are designed so that you can perform multiple exercises using just one machine, but a single station gym (typically found in health clubs/commercial fitness center), is a set of different exercise equipment, with each station working out a specific body part.

Advantages

• Compact – since multi station gyms combine many exercise equipment into one unit, it doesn’t take up as much space. This is suitable for those who cannot dedicate an entire room (or do no have enough space in their workout room) for separate, single station exercise equipment

• Less Expensive – with only one home gym to purchase, the cost is significantly less compared to having to purchase more than 2 machines.

Disadvantage

• The number of users at one time on a multi gym is limited to the number of weight stacks, so might not be suitable for two or more people to workout at the same time.
