Part I: Required exercise equipment, and Which Muscles You’re going to workout

Short on time and need a quick workout in thirty minutes or less? A common misconception is that you need hours and hours of time to exercise. Wrong!

Here’s a 30 minute dumbbell workout you can do right at home.

What you will need:

1. A pair of dumbbells

2. A weight bench

3. 30 minutes of workout time

4. A clock that you can look at while performing the exercises. You’ll need a clock where you can keep track of the number of seconds

5. A sweat towel and a bottled water

What Muscles You’re Going to Exercise

1. Your legs (Quadriceps and hamstrings)

2. Your back

3. Chest

4. Biceps

5. Triceps

6. Abs

7. Shoulders

What you’re going to do:

This 30 minute workout is going to cover all of the major muscle groups. It is designed in a circuit training fashion with little rest in between sets. Because you’ll be moving from one exercise to the next with little break, you’ll also get a cardio workout as well!
