Fat burning exercises for men to do at home using interval training and weight lifting, when combined with a proper diet can yield quick results. Home exercise for men and women takes some effort, but with persistence, you’ll find that working out using interval training and exercising with weights will melt the fat away in no time.
Interval Training
There are countless studies indicating the effectiveness of interval training workouts for fat loss, for men and women. Interval training consists of exercising at maximum/near maximum intensities for a short period of time, and cycling it with short periods of active rest. This can be done at home with an exercise bike, skipping rope, or elliptical trainer.
Weight Training
Fat is used as fuel in the muscles during and after exercise, so the larger and more efficient your muscles are at burning fat, the faster you’ll lose your love handles. When exercising with weights, be sure to use a weight that is heavy enough to perform 8-10 repetitions.
Proper Diet
Even with the right exercise, you still need to eat properly. An exercise routine that consists of interval training and weight lifting exercises combined with a diet of junk food will not be optimal for fat loss! Eat many small, well balanced meals throughout the day to get the best effect from the fat loss exercises.
