Exercise at Home without Weights
Lacking fitness equipment at home? Think you can’t workout with no fitness machines at home? Well, guess again! You can exercise at home without weights using very little equipment. If you plan your routine properly, you’ll find when you exercise at home without using weights or other fitness equipment, you can still get a killer workout.
By combining callisthenic exercises into a circuit training fashion, you can receive a resistance training and cardiovascular workout at the same time. Even though you’re using no weight (except for your own bodyweight), working out in this fashion can be more difficult compared to a traditional gym workout.
Pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups, crunches, bodyweight squats and lunges are foundational exercises that you can perform. Try working out with these exercises in a circuit training fashion, and you’ll be surprised how tiring and effective a home workout without the use of a high priced fitness equipment can be!
