Who is Tom Venuto?

"Full of great ideas to lose weight and tone up

I was quite skeptical when I bought this book, as I've tried lots of diets in the past but I just felt tired, miserable and hungry all the time. "Requires work, but well worth the money

I've been following the exercise techniques used in , which are really easy to do from home, but still require a fair bit of will power. It's not easy when you've been working all day and then you have to come home and do these exercises. But they're quite simple, so I just do them in front of the TV for about 20 mins a night. I've also been using the eating plans in this book and I have to say I'm surprised at the results. It took about 2-3 weeks for me to see the results, but now I feel healthier and happier and I've lost a fair bit of weight around my stomach, buttocks, and my double chin is noticeably smaller. Now that I've seen the results, motivating myself to do more and more is getting easier and easier "
