5 Reasons Why a Home Workout is better than a Workout at a Health Club
1. You don’t have to wipe somebody else’s sweat off the commercial fitness equipment.
This is one of the grossest things that happen at a fitness club (next to people spitting in the water fountains). With a home workout, all the exercise equipment is your own, so if you happen to leave sweat on the equipment, it won’t be as disgusting to wipe it off yourself.
2. You don’t have to wait in line for exercise equipment you want to use.
The worst at a fitness club is waiting for someone to finish their sets on a piece of exercise equipment (often you’ll find people doing their entire workout on one machine that takes up to 1 hour!). You don’t have to deal with exercise equipment hogs at home.
3. You don’t have to listen to the music played at the fitness club.
At home you can choose whatever music you want to play, and how loud you’d like to play it.
4.You don’t have to pay reoccurring membership fees.
Commercial fitness club membership fees can add up over time. Also, there have been horror stories of over charging of accounts. The money saved over the course of a year can be used to upgrade your home gym.
5. You don’t have to deal with strangers giving you bizarre, uncomfortable stares in the change rooms.
